I guess it's new owners considering the reviews I read because my experience was fine rooms outdated but the family that owns it now were nice I switched rooms three times because I didn't like size of bed they were very nice about that call every morning asking if we needed room service overall cheap motel with the Feel of a hotel
The owner and his wife are very friendly. No bugs! Very cheap rate. Professionally clean , compared to the sleep inn I was just at that is double the rate and definitely haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the restroom properly. Or the Ramada Who did not even provide a mini fridge and had mold growing in the ice machine. To my opinion for the price, I’m not complaining. And the vibe here is positive. So that’s a plus.

Was clean and everything worked. The office was helpful. Needed clean towels and sheets they came right away. It was quiet no foot traffic all nite long. No kids hanging out in the parking lot or loud music. Great stay.
This Douglasville staple has been here as long as I can remember the place has a feel and of a throwback to an old 1930s Motor Hotel the rooms are sorta average and you get cable TV what what else can you expect from this establishment
Very nice owner's! Willing to help in time of crisis. Room's are spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Nice flat screen tv with too many channels to count. De'cor was up to date! As only $60 I was not expecting much...but I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for everything Lee's. The elderly ladies I took to Lee's were without power over 72 hours. I couldn't let them stay at their home's and risk sickness or worse. 2 were going into hypothermia after 36 hrs. So yes, God Bless and thank you Lee's for your help.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff is courteous. The room was 60/night, taxes included. 32 in flat screen in the rooms, cable, a mini fridge and a microwave.
Free wifi, no roaches or bed bugs. Friendly staff, Vending machines, HD 32 inch TV, more than enough storage and bathroom counter space, been coming here months, cheap weekly, LOVE IT
